terms of service

  • The artist reserves the right to reject any commission request for any reason.

  • Upon accepting the request and receiving the deposit, the artist guarantees to fulfill the commission. (unless under extenuating circumstances, in which a full refund will be granted.)

  • Before beginning any work on the commission, 50% of the commission fee is required as a deposit.

  • After receiving the deposit, the artist will begin work; at least one (1) sketch and one (1) WIP will be sent to the commissioner. All changes and revisions should be requested during this phase of the commission. Once the final piece is completed, revisions will no longer be made!

  • The final art piece may not be resold, altered, traced, edited, or used for NFTs or AI. Commercial use or exceptions may be negotiated with the artist.

  • Please be patient while waiting for the commission to be finished. The artist is responsible for sending WIPs. However, if the artist is unresponsive for a long period of time (1 month or more) you may cancel the commission and request a refund.

  • Proceeding with the commission request means that you agree with the TOS listed above.
